Just us and the Wall (We were in Huanghua, a very small village off the beaten track. We hiked a couple miles on the wall that day)

Eating Noodles atop Huangshan Mt! (The Huangshan Mountains are in Anhui Province, where Anna is from. They are several hours by plane and then another hour by bus from Beijing)
WE GOT HER!!!!! First Moments...
With nanny, Hong Taitai, from Huai Nan Orphanage (Ms. Hong had about 10 children to care for in the orphanage. Anna is from Huainan orphanage, a few hours north of Hefei in Anhui province)
At the Hotel in Hefei (She had a fever and was breathing hard when we got her, and she started getting worse)
A rough 3 days in the hospital...pneumonia (Anhui Provincial Children's Hospital in Hefei)

feeling better (Or so we thought.....pneumonia can take a while to cure)
playing (We had to move on to Guangzhou for consulate appointments, so we checked her out of the hospital, and flew to Guangzhou. We took her straight to the hospital and .....
6 more days in the hospital..UGH!!
HOME! Meeting Grandma and Grandpa (What a welcome sight !!!)
At was all worth it! Playing at home.
Our baby - happy and home at last.
